- 50% is paid at the Preliminary Agreement.

- 30% is paid at the completion of the chalet and the total side.

- 20% is paid on the transfer of the ownership of the chalet.

The VAT element is to be paid with each scheduled payment.

 

HOW TO RESERVE A CHALET:

To reservation your chalet a deposit of 2000 Euro is required to reserve your plot at which point a Reservation Agreement is provided. This will secure your chosen chalet and is removed from the market. The amount is deducted from the total purchase price of the chalet when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with Pamporovo Development  Ltd.
